Connecting Pipes to Tanks First Trial

I've always wanted to experiment with the mixing of chemicals, so I've started the development of Chemistry Lab. In its final state, it will abstractly represent a chemistry lab.

You will be able to mix liquids together to create new liquids with predictable, yet unique effects.

I'm thinking that each liquid will be made of a matrix that contains all its properties, and when you mix two liquids together you will add both of their matrices together. I haven't tested it yet, so I don't know if this will have the desired effect.

Right now I am working on the snapping of pipes to the side of the tank because pipes and tanks need to be able to interact with each other before I can effectively test liquids.

In its current state, the sides work pretty much flawlessly, but the bottom edge is a little wonky.

About The Blog

This blog will showcase all the games that I have made. The main thread will contain current progress on the games I'm making, primarily focused on the development and design of the chemistry lab game. Here is a link to the playable demo of the chemistry lab game. It is in its very early stage of development, so there is not much to it yet.
